Correct.
The best way to achieve a result is to set up systems and conditions, so what you want to happen happens automatically.
Using the hotsts file, and uninstalling apps are great examples.
You can't always trust your human will power in these situations.

I agree completely. I uninstalled all the games from all my machines. I've recently had to stop taking novels for my commute - I swear the call to me from my bag!
